I didn’t know the rugs were handmade to order and that it was going to take awhile. I contacted customer service and got a prompt email reply written by a HUMAN!! ✨✨ they reassured me the order was received and would be on its way soon and indeed it was! Very satisfied!
I ordered the Ryleigh in the black and green in an 8x10 rug. It took awhile to get here but it was so worth the wait. It is extremely vibrant and plush; it looks just like the photos. It was easy for me to get under my bed and easy to vacuum. I would order from them again!
The rug is beautiful and colors are very close to computer pictures. The quality is nice and I am very pleased with my purchase.
Colors not exactly as depicted but possibly better. Soft underfoot. Expertly packed. Really love them!

Gorgious color and very plush. Also got a pad from you and it works well with it. Only minor thing was the shipping which left lines in the carpet when we put it down...they seem to be gradually decreasing in height but wish you could figure out howto ship without the serious folding.
This rug is stunning and the perfect fit for our vacation home.
