I bought the tufted 12x15 Lori Oushak because we have dogs and I didn’t want to invest too much after having an expensive Persian rug ruined by my dog. It arrived very wrinkled. I steam ironed the back of it and the wrinkles fell out. Looks beautiful. Hoping it will hold up and last for several years to come.

I absolutely love this rug! It is just as pictured on the website, the color is really beautiful and it is so cushiony and comfortable. I also had a great experience with customer service when I shared that I was having an issue with shipping/fees and they took care of it immediately. Highly recommend!

Beautiful rugs. First saw these at Pottery Barn many years ago and regretted not buying them. So happy to have found these patterns again. Customer Service was quick to answer my questions. They arrived from India in four days. They are bright and thick and soft. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

From the very start this company was great to shop with . The rug is gorgeous, the quality over the top and the packaging was perfect. I’m so pleased that I found this company !! Very nice people too!!! Made everything so easy for me!

Delivery safely and securely. Quality thickness. Strong glue/transportation smell. Luckily we had 2 good days of weather for it to air out outside. Now there is no noticeable smell but I am worried about any remaining residue.

It's a very nice, unique rug. Very soft, and good quality. The only thing is that I didn't notice that it was cut out with edges, not a perfect rectangle. I though the white of the photo was part of the carpet. Silly me. The design is growing on me.

Great quality, beautiful coloring, quality packaging. Could use a rug pad underneath but overall would buy again
